Host a Demonstration on Saturday
- Host a demonstration on Saturday, August 509.
- Can be a 'how-to', a 'from the inside' kind of talk, or any other Halloween/haunt related subject.
- Should be about a 30 minute presentation from start to finish.
- There will be a projector and computer to use if you require
Host a Make-and-Take on Sunday
- Host a make-and-take at 10 am on Sunday, August 9.
- Should be haunt related.
- Should be under $20 per person for supplies
- You should be willing to provide supplies and be paid the day of.
- Should be about a 30 minute presentation from 'hi' to 'and now you've made your prop!' (not counting drying time.)
Bring Food / Water
- Bring food for 50 people. (Bread, buns, individual chips, etc) or 2 flats (24 each) of bottled water.

Arrive Early
- Arrive by noon on Friday to help with the set-up for Kreepfest.
- Will involve moving tables, setting up concession stand, hanging banners, putting up pipe & drape, etc..
Work Welcome Table
- Spend one of three shifts during Kreepfest (9am-10am, 10am-11am, 11am-12pm) staffing the welcome table.
- Will act as the smiling face that greets guests, hands out nametags and gift bags, and introduces newbies around.
Work Tee Shirt Table
- Spend one of two shifts during Kreepfest (9am-10am, 10am-11am) staffing the tee shirt table.
- Ensure that everyone who wants to buy a Kreepfest tee gets the chance
Prom Setup
- Remain at the event facility between Kreepfest and the Prom for one hour to help with switching over from one to the other.
- Will involve moving and decorating tables, setting up decor, prepping food tables, etc..
Stay Late
- Remain after Kreepfest ends at 2pm on Sunday to aid with the clean up.
- Will involve packing boxes, cleaning and putting away tables, mopping floors, washing dishes, loading the truck, etc..
- Will need to commit to at least 2 hours of work.
